President - Strategic Initiatives

Sean Studzinski, AIA

Sean Studzinski serves as ModularDesign+ President of Strategic Initiatives.  Sean’s primary focus is to increase brand awareness across industries, strengthen the company’s national distribution network, and support bold growth plans to help clients advance standardization and predictability in modular building solutions, while balancing great design.

Sean is an Architect and a leader with extensive experience in business development, team building and project delivery through strong management, planning and development of large higher education and commercial facilities. Sean has spent the past 22 years with a focus on educational, student life and multi-family planning and development and has extensive knowledge and experience in alternative funding and project delivery models. Over the past 22 years Sean has designed numerous educational and residence life facilities on major campuses across the nation and utilized modular systems on almost all of the projects he has completed.

Sean works in partnership with Keith Swenson, President of Operations, to strengthen the distribution network and evolve the delivery model for ModularDesign+ products and services.

President - Operations

Keith Swenson

Keith Swenson serves as ModularDesign+’s President of Operations. Keith has more than 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with specific expertise in modular solutions. Prior to joining ModularDesign+, he was the vice president of BOXX Modular — one of North America’s leading modular building providers — the president and COO of Quick Quarters, Inc. — a manufacturer of temporary shelters — and held multiple roles with GE, including acting as the senior vice president of North American sales for GE’s Modular Space division.

Keith works in partnership with Sean Studzinski, President of Strategic Initiatives, to define the future of the firm and influence the industry in general.
