MD+ to Present at Prefab Connect

MD+ will be presenting during the Prefab Connect virtual conference in January of 2021. They will be presenting, “Becoming a Change Agent to Inspire True Collaboration Among the Wider Project Team.” Below is an overview of the presentation topics:

• Ensure all team members have a clear understanding and alignment of what it takes, and the workflows and systems associated with success on the job from day one
• Inspire partners less experienced with design-assist to step out of their lane early in design to maximize their seat at the table
• Provide training and development of leaders on projects to ensure proper direction, culture, and accountability is
  maintained from start to finish
