Michelle is a results-driven, hands-on construction professional with expertise in all facets of the construction process. She is an organized and detail-oriented leader who manages fast-paced operations projects for MD+. Michelle has successfully led multi-million-dollar projects through the coordination of trades, developing partnerships and building long-term rapport through effective communication all while maintaining cost objectives.
As a Project Manager at MD+, Max has a passion for being able to provide his clients with value-engineered products that drive down costs without sacrificing quality and ensure expected schedule savings. Away from work, his hobbies include fitness, reading philosophy, and spending time with his kids.
Bo is an energetic professional who successfully creates value by identifying, developing, and retaining talent for MD+. As the Human Resources Business Partner, Bo leads a number of employee-focused efforts that bring immense value to everyone in the organization. She has honed her strong presentation and public speaking skills through civic and work engagements including instruction, training and coaching.
As the MEP Superintendent for MD+, John ensures that company policies and procedures are followed in the field in regard to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. John is responsible for directly managing the many MEP construction activities the company has to meet within budget and schedule. A seasoned logistics expert, John is acutely aware of timelines while preserving quality.
Jairo’s passion lies in manifesting a client’s idea into a modular solution—whether it is deconstructing an existing building design with modular components or by designing the project with only our modular components from the early conceptual stages. He takes an active role in ensuring all applicable building, energy, mechanical and plumbing codes are met, from the overall status of a building to the smallest fitting in a plumbing system. As the Manager of Quality Control and Quality Assurance for MD+, Jairo is able to provide coordinated concepts that bring all disciplines (electrical, mechanical, architectural, plumbing) from design to fabrication, to installation in order to provide the client with an unmatched modular solution.
Ricky is a detail-oriented and self-motivated leader dedicated to excelling in the construction industry and advancing modular construction. He has risen through the company, originally a bid assistant, then a warehouse supervisor, and now an assistant project manager. He is knowledgeable in buyout and vendor relations roles and is honing his skills in architectural design and project coordination in modular construction.
Lee brings more than 25 years of diverse industry experience in preconstruction, estimating, design-assist, and client relations to the MD+ team. He provides early cost analysis during the design phase to ensure the client’s project stays within budget. He also works closely with the operations team to provide a seamless transition from estimating into production. Lee’s passionate curiosity allows him to bring a multifaceted approach to solving problems and targeting the greatest value for the client through modular construction technologies.
Brian brings over 10 years of business development and sales experience to MD+, having worked for an array of modular and prefabrication companies. As regional preconstruction manager, Brian works in the early stages of design with organizations to explore the feasibility and benefits of a modular approach and then integrates it into the specific project.
Danielle is a communications professional who has over ten year’s experience working in the design and construction industry. Her expertise includes creative storytelling, understanding diverse audiences, and communications strategy and execution. She works closely with MD+ leadership to identify needs and opportunities in the marketplace and to promote unique messages to potential clients.
Yvette brings over 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry to the MD+ team. She not only provides creative marketing support for the team, but she also connects with new contractor and consultant partners. Yvette’s goal is to establish lasting partnerships that lead to successful collaboration and design innovation for MD+. Her positive attitude and out-of-the-box thinking make Yvette integral to the team.
Mo is an essential part of the team to ensure efficient operations positively impact project schedules. Her responsibilities include product ordering, invoice management and data collection. Mo believes diversity encourages new ideas and gives space for women and other minorities in an otherwise male-dominated industry. As an Asian American woman, it is important for her to collaborate with others in the office so that we may combine varying perspectives and individual experiences to meet goals in an effective and efficient way. She serves as a coordinator on the National Council of Malaya Movement Texas and advocates for Filipino human rights.
As an operations assistant, Grecia is an active problem-solver who oversees many tasks with MD+ including communicating with vendors, suppliers and clients. She oversees invoice processing and also enjoys assisting new coworkers with their roles and responsibilities. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a mother of two boys and grandmother to one granddaughter.
