Sean’s primary focus is to increase brand awareness across industries, strengthen the company’s national distribution network, and support bold growth plans to help clients advance standardization and predictability in modular building solutions, while balancing great design.
Robin Cibrano is our executive director of office strategies where he oversees strategic office growth, as well as our community and civic practices. His passion lies in connecting our global network of offices in ways that optimize collaboration, foster an innovative culture and lead to new client opportunities.
He is also a valued client partner with more than three decades of experience — the vast majority of which has been spent leading design efforts for healthcare, education and corporate/commercial organizations. Robin’s cross-market experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities our diverse clients face, and the knowledge needed to lead teams in ensuring client goals and aspirations are always achieved.
Josh brings nearly 15 years of business development and sales experience to modular design, having worked for an array of project delivery and product manufacturing companies. As Vice President of Business Development, Josh works with organizations to articulate the benefits of a modular approach and then calibrates it to their specific projects and culture for remarkable results.
A professional engineer by trade, Mitchell brings over 30 years’ experience to the MD+ team and leverages his expertise in the development of residential, commercial and industrial structures from concept to completion. As the Vice President of Design and Engineering, he works with clients to properly align technology and innovation to meet their needs and reap the benefits of successful modular construction.
Hilda Espinal is our Global Technology Leader, responsible for the evolution and implementation of computational tools and workflows, immersive technologies, building information modeling, advanced building analysis and design intelligence. A licensed architect and technology leader for more than 16 years, she helps clients and project teams around the world leverage technology and intelligent data to make informed decisions early in the design process — reducing risk and maximizing the impact of investments.
Ruofei has a strong background, and more than 25 years of experience in providing professional engineering services to a variety of clients in structural analysis and design, tall building structural design, seismic engineering, finite element structural analysis, and computer modeling.
Rob Garra takes time to understand clients’ needs and their overall performance goals. He applies his leadership and industry knowledge across market segments while providing strategic direction to the engineering practice. He effectively manages integrated projects by encouraging multidisciplinary, high-performance design teams to solve challenges in partnership with national trade partners and leading product suppliers. Rob is nationally published in Consulting-Specifying Engineer and Engineering News Record. He also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine.
Brian continually drives innovation by focusing on the process orientation of the Building Information Modeling (BIM)-enabled VDC delivery process at ModularDesign+. He has 23 years of industry experience, with the last 13 focusing on the integration of BIM and VDC to transform project delivery. A thought leader in this field, he is an advisory group member and past-chair of the AIA National Technology in Architectural Practice Knowledge Community and serves on the BIMForum committee responsible for authoring the LOD Specification.
With a background in graphic design, marketing/communications, and professional photography, Nicole is a triple threat team member who sets the bar high for marketing, design excellence and accountability. As a certified DBIA professional, her responsibilities and contributions include active participation in high-level strategic planning, campaign execution/production, and pushing the ceiling for top-line growth in the AEC industry.
Brandon has been in the design and construction field for nearly 20 years and is a certified DBIA Professional with the Design-Build Institute of America. He is the President of the Southern California Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and is a Board Member for the Design-Build Institute of America’s (DBIA) Western Paciﬁc Region where he serves as the Vice President and Conference Co-Chair and Progressive Design-Build sub-committee member. Brandon has a Masters Degree in Construction Management with a concentration in Professional Real Estate Development from Drexel University’s College of Engineering and is a graduate of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Leadership in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program.
